To earn the credential, individuals must purchase the SHRM
Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential package and:
1. Participate in SHRM’s “Talent Acquisition: Creating Your
Organization’s Strategy” seminar.
2. Complete six comprehensive SHRM eLearning Library courses
on talent acquisition-specific topics.
3. Pass a 50-question online knowledge assessment.
Earn 25 PDCs toward
your SHRM-CP or
